That's Our Plastic Negative Promise.

Microplastics enter our bodies and brains through the skin, causing inflammation. Because of this, plastic pollution is strongly connected with mental health problems, especially in children, like anxiety and depression. We are driven to support mental health through the use of skincare, and thus also to eliminate contributors to mental health problems, like plastic pollution in the environment.

How It Works

1. Measure

BEB Organic donates a percentage of every product purchase to fund the collection of 270 lbs of low-value plastic waste from oceans and landfills every year.

2. Compensate

Low-value plastic is collected, processed, and reused by TakaTaka Solutions - a waste management enterprise in Kenya that employs and empowers waste pickers to tackle plastic waste.

3. Reduce

BEB Organic will work with rePurpose Global to reduce the future use of virgin plastics in their products and build a more circular business and delivery model.

BEB Organic's Sustainability Journey

Sustainable Origins

BEB Organic is a stand-out brand in sustainability. They currently use FSC certified paper, organic certified ingredients, fair trade practices, package mostly in glass, and they donate 2% of their revenue to support social and environmental causes related to mental health. Now in 2020, with rePurpose Global, BEB Organic is solving the plastic problem.

The Final Destination

With every packaging and fulfillment decision that BEB Organic makes, they work to reduce their use of plastic. Their ultimate goal is to use zero plastic packaging, even for product pumps and shipping materials. As new options become available, making it possible for skincare brands to transition away from plastic, BEB Organic embraces them wholeheartedly.

The Plastic Negative Shift

As a clinical skincare brand made with meticulously sourced natural ingredients, BEB Organic is strengthening its connection to the environment by going Plastic Negative. Through its partnership with rePurpose Global, the company is removing twice the amount of plastic used in its operations and supporting ethical wages for waste workers.

This is how much plastic you waste every year.
