How It Works
1. Measure
Lil Bucks donates a percentage of every product purchase to fund the collection of 2000 lbs of low-value PP plastic waste from oceans and landfills every year.
2. Compensate
Low-value plastic is collected, processed and reused by Taka Taka Solutions - a waste management service in Kenya that employs and empowers waste pickers to tackle plastic waste.
3. Reduce
Lil Bucks will work with rePurpose Global to reduce the future use of virgin plastics in their products and build a more circular business and delivery mode for their company.

An Ongoing Journey
As a business with sustainability at its core, Lil Bucks will continue to educate their customers on proper recycling and composting techniques as they prepare for the launch of their recyclable pouches, and hopefully one day with compostable pouches. Being Plastic Neutral is a step forward for them, but definitely not the final destination.
